Affinity is designed for those who love bright, clean, and juicy coffees. This mineral profile accentuates clarity, florality, and crisp acidity, making it the perfect choice for washed, and honey-processed coffees, for a lively and refreshing cup!
For those looking to fine-tune their brews, Affinity can also be blended with Catalyst in varying ratios to achieve a customized balance—bringing added brightness and florality when needed. 
Affinity is also designed to be convenient to use, on-demand for any situation. No more dosing with a dropper! The precision squeeze bottle offers dosing from controlled droplets to squeezing out larger doses seamlessly. No more brain work on mixing minerals for brewing in the morning, or mixing sachets with huge amounts of water.
Usage instructions: Recommended starting dilution ratio: 5g of Affinity concentrate per litre of distilled or deionised water ( or 1:200 ratio ). Simply unscrew the tip cover, place your vessel on a 0.1g scale, squeeze your desired amount, and add water! Per drop of Affinity also weighs around 0.05g, adding 10ppm of minerals to 100ml of beverage.
Adjustment instructions: The ionic values indicated are meaningful! But to simplify, you can adjust dosage based on acidity, aroma, or flavour intensity. A HIGHER dose increases flavour intensity, and reduces acidity and aroma intensity. A LOWER dose reduces flavour intensity, and increases acidity and aroma intensity.
Beyond coffee, Affinity enhances the crisp, refreshing character of fruit juices like apple, cranberry, pomegranate, and citrus. It also highlights floral notes such as jasmine, elderflower, and lily, elevating such delicate qualities. When used in wine, Affinity can refine heavier wines like Cabernet Sauvignon, creating a lighter, more balanced and approachable drinking experience.
