This month’s curation takes you from the high mountains of Taiwan to the lush coffee lands of Colombia, exploring floral aromatics, tea-like clarity and delicate fruit sweetness.

A beautifully clean and delicate Taiwanese Geisha, expressing the elegance we love from a well-crafted washed coffee.

Floral aromatics meet bright citrus and peach, followed by a smooth Oolong Tea character. The cup finishes clean and bright, with a gentle honey-like sweetness lingering on the palate.

A fascinating Castillo showcasing how innovative processing can bring out an entirely different personality from the varietal.

Expect plum and apricot layered with delicate florals and a refreshing green apple acidity. As the cup cools, the Oolong Tea character becomes more apparent, finishing with a lovely sucrose-like sweetness.
